Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records by conducting regular inventory checks and updating the warehouse management system promptly.

• Receive, inspect, sort, label, and store incoming goods according to category, size, and priority while ensuring proper handling and safety standards.

• Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently in coordination with sales and logistics teams, verifying quantities and documentation before shipment.

• Keep the stockroom organized, clean, and secure at all times, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in coordinating deliveries and pickups, liaising with internal departments and external carriers as needed.

• Hong Kong permanent resident status is required; valid work authorization in Hong Kong is mandatory.

• Fluency in Cantonese is essential; working proficiency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.

• No formal academic qualifications or prior experience required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.

• Physically fit and able to perform routine manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving stock items safely.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team during rotating shifts.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from HKD 17,000 to HKD 18,000, commensurate with performance and responsibilities.
