WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Facilitate daily store operations, administration, and management while maintaining brand image and presentation standards

• Ensure maximum sales and productivity through effective management of sales performance and service quality

• Monitor achievement of sales targets, contributing to sales growth, manpower efficiency, and customer service excellence

• Handle customer complaints and returns in compliance with company regulations and policies

• Lead and motivate frontline staff to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service

• Manage stock inventories effectively and confirm figures in accordance with company procedures

• Coach and train team members to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge

• Oversee general maintenance of the shop and manage day‑to‑day maintenance issues promptly

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fashion brands, preferably in supervisory or management roles

• Customer‑oriented with a proven track record in leading and training productive teams

• Passionate about the fashion retail industry, with a positive mindset and willingness to embrace challenges and change

• Good command of spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
