Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet or exceed sales targets through effective coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Drive sales growth by implementing company marketing initiatives, promoting new arrivals, and maintaining high product knowledge across fashion and bag collections
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently upheld, promptly resolving complaints and fostering strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with regional management to execute brand strategies, participate in stock audits, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion, accessories, or luxury goods sector with a focus on handbags or apparel
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory control, sales reporting, and loss prevention practices
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods; availability to support corporate events or inter-store transfers as needed
