High-Level Exposure:
Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the central coordinator across various business units to drive the implementation of key strategic banking projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination Partner with different departments to monitor and drive the execution progress of business projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
Executive Reporting Write strategic reports: Prepare high-level business development plans, strategic presentations, and corporate performance reports for executive leadership.
Strategy Monitoring : Track key milestone achievements, evaluate business unit performance, and identify potential areas for operational improvement.
Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience : Minimum 3 to 8 years of professional banking experience. Prior exposure to Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or frontline business
