About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, curious, and creative mind to join us as a Strategic Development Officer. If you’re someone who loves connecting ideas, spotting trends before they hit mainstream, and turning chaos into clarity — this might just be your vibe.

You’ll work side-by-side with our Business Development Manager to shape growth strategies, build killer proposals, and help both our event and XR tech businesses stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Dig into trends (AI, tech, XR, marketing — you name it) and help us spot cool new opportunities.
• Co-create proposals and pitch decks that stand out — no cookie-cutter stuff here.
• Be the brain behind research: market insights, case studies, benchmarking, competitor stalking (the good kind).
• Help us plan creative strategies and marketing ideas that speak to real people.
• Coordinate small projects, client meetings, and help keep everything moving forward smoothly.
• Stay curious — keep learning, testing tools, and challenging how we do things.

What You Bring

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or something similar — but mindset > major.
• Around 1–3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, BD, or even agency life.
• You’re a thinker and a doer — someone who gets stuff done and isn’t afraid to speak up.
• Solid at writing, organising your ideas, and making decks that don’t look like they came from 2005.
• Not afraid of tech: AI tools, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Slides, Notion — we love them all.
• A bit of event, creative, or innovation-related experience? That’s a bonus.
• Curious. Flexible. Fast learner. Team player. You know the drill.
