We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Senior StrategicManager. This role is tailored for a passionate individual with a proven track record in product development and strategic planning within the financial institution and/or web3 space. Working directly with the CEO, you will play a vital role in driving the company's vision and ensuring that our operations run smoothly while navigating the challenges and opportunities of an evolving digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

l Autonomously lead the discovery, definition and delivery of traditional and new digital products and features that deliver our key business outcomes

l Support product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targets

l Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to meet company objectives and propel growth.

l Identify, analyze, and capitalize on market trends and opportunities within the traditional finance and web3 ecosystem.

l Stay ahead of emerging trends to position the company as a market leader.

l Define and execute product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

Requirements:
