Research and recommend the correct FEHD food licences/permits needed (e.g., Composite Restricted Foods Permit, Light Refreshment Restaurant Licence, Food Factory Licence, Temporary Food Business Permit).
• Prepare and submit complete licence/permit applications to the relevant District Environmental Hygiene Office, including all required forms (e.g., FEHB 95, FEHB 64), layout sketches, operations manuals, supplier proofs, and supporting documents.
• Liaise with FEHD Health Inspectors and licensing officers during site inspections, respond to "letter of requirements," and coordinate any necessary rectification works within deadlines.
• Manage licence renewals, amendments, and transfers (e.g., change of premises or restricted food items).
Research and recommend suitable food and health department food license/permit (such as a general restricted food sales license, a light food restaurant license, a food manufacturing plant license, a temporary food business license, etc.)
• Prepare and submit a complete license/permit application to the relevant regional environmental health office, including all required forms (such as FEHB 95, FEHB 64), site layout plans, operating manuals, supplier certificates and related support documents.
• Responsible for license renewal, modification and transfer (for example, changing the location or restricted food items).
