Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for day-to-day operation of the center;

* Provide professional course consultation and services to our students and parents;

* Professionally follow up students and parents feedback and enquiries independently with resolution and proactively follow up with related parties for services enhancement;

* Cooperate with our teaching team to plan the teaching schedules and classes for students;

* Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions and deliver presentations;

* Assist in the planning and development of new courses / programs;

* Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any discipline is preferred;

* Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service, experience in education sector would be an advantage;

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills;

* Be friendly, flexible, dynamic and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a plus;

* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Student Services Officer;

* Immediate availability is highly preferred.

* ** Shift duty and work on Saturday is required **

* 5 days work / week (Tue-Sat).
