We’re partnering with a world‑leading brand experience creative agency to find an experienced Studio Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving operations and supporting the leadership team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a fast‑paced, innovative environment where your expertise in resource management, team coordination, and project delivery will directly shape impactful brand experiences.

The Role:

The Studio Manager will act as the central hub for communication across creative, events management, production, and client service teams, ensuring clear and consistent internal messaging. They will oversee resource allocation and project timelines to meet demands and deliverables, while proactively identifying gaps and streamlining workflows to boost efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, providing transparent updates and building trust through reliable delivery. Additionally, the Studio Manager will drive continuous improvement in operations, take initiative to resolve challenges, and implement strategies that enhance overall team performance and project outcomes.

The Person:

• 5+ years relevant experience working for the agency side.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese

• Highly agile, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing diverse teams and senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results independently.
