Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at TenWings Accelerator. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our member companies—top tech startups and investment firms from mainland China expanding globally. You will help shape their landing experience in Hong Kong and ensure they receive exceptional support throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Onboarding & Relationship Management

- Drive the end-to-end membership onboarding process, from initial outreach to contract execution and setup.

- Develop and optimize SOPs for company onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

2. Member Engagement & Communication

- Maintain regular communication with member companies, building strong, long-term relationships.

- Proactively identify and respond to member needs, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver timely support.

3. Program & Event Coordination

- Assist in organizing member events, including industry meetups, networking sessions, and resource-matching activities.

- Curate and distribute daily/weekly newsletters to keep members informed about industry trends, accelerator updates, and exclusive opportunities.

4. Insight Collection & Cross-Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Ecosystem Partnership team to systematically gather member feedback and needs.

- Help refine service offerings and facilitate connections to support member growth and global expansion. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise servicing, preferably within tech, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.

- Strong project management and organizational skills—reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.

- Adaptive learner who thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

- Fluency in Chinese and English is highly desirable.

- Candidates must possess valid Hong Kong work visa eligibility. For exceptional candidates, the company may provide support in applying for the Tech Talent Admission Scheme.
