about the job.

As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers on all quality-related topics.
• Managing quality risk, evaluation, and development for all suppliers.
• Leading OEM and ODM supplier process control, with a focus on electronics.
• Executing audits for supplier approval, re-qualification, and manufacturing processes.
• Supporting negotiations for and the conclusion of quality agreements.
• Steering supplier development by using an escalation scenario.
• Supporting defect management and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon processing parameters.
• Managing shipment approvals and performing supplier potential analysis.

skills & experiences required.

• Over 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or OEM/ODM fields.
• Experience handling mechanical and electronic components, including PCB assemblies.
• VDA 6.3 certified auditor qualification is a definite advantage.
• Familiarity with the garden product or forestry industry is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are required.
• Good command of spoken and written English, with Chinese and spoken Mandarin as advantages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
