Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams to support effective supply chain planning.

• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of master production schedules and material requirements plans.

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple SKUs and distribution channels, identifying potential stockouts or overstock situations and implementing corrective actions promptly.

• Manage end-to-end supply planning processes for fast-moving consumer goods, including new product introductions, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations.

• Prepare regular performance reports on key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, order fill rate, inventory turnover, and supply plan adherence for internal stakeholders and senior management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, demand planning, or production planning within the FMCG industry, preferably with multi-site or regional operations exposure.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools such as IBP or Anaplan is advantageous.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement across Hong Kong and Greater China markets.

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident status is required; candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship. Prior experience managing long/short work week rotations is preferred.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from HKD 25,000 to HKD 35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
