Responsibilities & Responsibilities:

· Provide support on Program and Project Management activities in HK IT Team

o Assist HK IT Team Heads to develop project roadmaps, resources allocation, detailed plans and milestones

o Identify, track and manage projects dependencies among different work streams

o Regular follow-up with project PIC on project status, issues and provide timely update for

o Continuous review and propose opportunities in HK IT project delivery workflow

o Handle ad-hoc project status query and assist in cross team coordination when applicable

· Business and IT Coordination

o Establish effective working relationships and communication channels with multiple Business and Support Units and IT Teams in different regions

o Assist HK IT Team Heads to review the completeness/effectiveness of project based Business requirements gathering process and associated communication plan

o Assist in the oversight of the alignment between Business directions and IT roadmaps

o Work and assist HK IT Team Heads in Proof of Concept Testing, Evaluation and Reporting of new technology options and opportunities

· At least 5-8 year relevant IT experience in financial institute with strong knowledge back office Operation in Securities/Futures and Derivatives Trading and Wealth Management systems design and implementation

· Solid experience in developing windows and web applications by C#.

· Extensive experience on C#, SQL, Unix Script, Python, RESTful API, JSON/XML

· Experience in Restful API, DevOPS, OpenShift

· Knowledge Gloss and TTL BO system an advantage.
