Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 technical support services through phone, email, and instant messaging tools to help users solve IT-related problems.
- Responsible for handling system operations, software applications, account permissions, and network connections, etc. related to help requests.
- Classify, record, track and escalate issues according to established processes to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
- Assist new users with system login and basic operation guidance to enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to propose improvement suggestions for repetitive or major failures.
Work requirements
- Having basic network knowledge and remote support tool operation experience, you can quickly determine the root cause of the problem.
- With a service-oriented spirit, I can maintain patience and professionalism in a high-pressure environment.
