Job Responsibilities:

Compile and generate regular reports related to workforce metrics, including attendance, productivity, and performance statistics.

Assist in scheduling agents and consolidating schedules for optimal coverage.

Maintain and update scheduling systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and communication with team members.

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for reports and scheduling.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Stay updated with best practices in workforce management to support team efficiency.

Requirements:

• DSE above educational qualification.; additional education in related fields is a plus.

Prior experience in a call centre environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working location: Mong Kok (main)/ Kowloon Bay

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:50 -18:00 (5 days work)
