<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide first-line support for IT systems, software, and hardware.</li><li>Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.</li><li>Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance.</li><li>Install, configure, and update software and hardware.</li><li>Document system setups, processes, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams on system updates.</li><li>Train users on software and system use.</li><li>Resolve user inquiries quickly.</li><li>Ensure data security with backup and recovery.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years in system or technical support.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and software.</li><li>Understanding of networking basics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work alone or in a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft products (M365, OneDrive, Office).</li><li>Familiarity with Avamar or Veeam backup tools.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows Servers, Redhat Linux 7.x/8.x, VMware.</li><li>Familiarity with SolarWinds, Microsoft MDE, or Symantec Altiris.</li><li>VMware experience required.</li></ul>
