Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence in English, Chinese, and Russian.
- Liaise with government agencies for document submission and follow-ups.
- Manage office tasks: scheduling, filing, meetings, and supplies.
- Prepare and process official documents.
Translation & Meetings
- Provide live interpretation from Enligsh to Chinese then to Russian.
- Draft bilingual meeting minutes and follow-ups.
Travel
- Occasional short trips to Shanghai (expenses covered).
- Support delegation logistics.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Russian.
- Experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of government procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
