Job Description

As a transaction risk control expert, you will play a key role as the platform's "guardian". You need to real-time monitor trading activities, identify and prevent market risks, fraudulent transactions and operational risks, ensure a fair and stable trading environment, and protect the assets of the platform and users. This is a position that requires quick response, rigorous analysis, and deep industry knowledge.

Main responsibilities

• Market risk identification and investigation:
• Monitor market risks such as abnormal price fluctuations, sharp increase in trading volume, etc.
• Investigate and identify market manipulation behaviors, such as pump and dump, malicious pinning, etc.
• Analyze account associations, and uncover potential manipulation gangs and coordinated cheating behaviors.
• Risk control strategy and system optimization:
• Participate in the development, testing and iterative optimization of risk control rules, models and strategies
• Collaborate with product and technology to push risk control requirements into practice
• Write a risk analysis report, summarizing risk events, handling results, and improvement suggestions.
• Real-time monitoring and risk management:
• Quickly respond and handle transaction-related risk events
• Set up a trading monitoring system and closely track market risks.
• Judge and analyze suspicious transaction behavior, and take necessary immediate intervention measures

Job Requirements

Essential conditions:

• Bachelor's degree or above, financial engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• At least 3 years of trading risk control work experience in traditional financial industries (securities, futures, foreign exchange) or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Strong interest in the digital asset market, familiar with the trading mechanism, products and market characteristics of cryptocurrencies.
• Have acute risk awareness and strong data analysis skills, and be able to query and analyze data using SQL/Python/R fluently
• Excellent logical judgment and emergency handling skills, able to remain calm and make quick decisions under high pressure.
• Have good team spirit and communication skills.

• Strong interest in the digital asset market, familiar with the trading mechanism, products and market characteristics of cryptocurrencies.
• Have actual trading experience, in-depth understanding of market microstructure and trading strategies.
• Have financial risk management (FRM) and other relevant professional qualifications.
