Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting building survey and inspections, condition surveys, and defect assessments for residential and commercial properties.

• Support in preparing survey reports and tender doucment

• Participate in project coordination meeting, including liaising with contractors, consultants, and building owners to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Maintain accurate site records, photographic documentation, and digital survey data using industry-standard software and tools.

• Contribute to tender processes, cost planning, and contract administration under supervision of qualified professionals.

• Hold a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Building Surveying, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English for effective communication with clients, authorities, and project teams.

• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn within a structured professional environment.
