Swimming coach/assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for teaching swimming courses of various age groups, including beginners to advanced students
• According to the student's ability, design appropriate teaching plans to enhance their swimming skills and water adaptation ability
• Monitor students throughout the classroom to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe environment
• Assist the head coach in preparing teaching materials and arranging course procedures, and maintaining classroom order
• Encourage students to build confidence and cultivate interest and enthusiasm for swimming through positive guidance

Work requirements

• Must hold a valid swimming instructor certificate and have relevant qualification certification
• Have basic life-saving skills, familiar with water rescue procedures and first aid knowledge
• Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, who need to demonstrate good communication and guidance skills
• Full of love, patience and sense of responsibility, and passionate about children and youth education
