1. Power failure detection, repair, aging, and re-evaluation of the entire machine
2. Fault localization and damage cause analysis of defective products
3. Batch repair, rework, failure statistics, and preventive suggestions
4. Customer after-sales high-end power supply failure analysis and handling of difficult machines
• Proficient in medium to high-power (hundreds of W to tens of kW) power supply topology and mass production problem analysis
1. Low power: flyback, forward (adapter, internal small board power supply)
2. Medium and high power: half-bridge, full-bridge, PFC+LLC, PFC + dual-transistor forward converter
3. Industrial: Industrial control power supply, servo power supply, laser power supply, medical power supply, communication power supply, high-power server power supply
Familiar with instrument operation
1. Multimeter, oscilloscope, high-voltage differential probe, electronic load, power meter, regulated power supply, constant temperature soldering iron, heat gun, burn-in load, insulation and voltage withstand tester, and other equipment
2. Measurement: Switching waveform, drive waveform, ripple, spike, Vgs/Vds, output dynamics, load aging
