Job Overview:

Aims to integrate resources and develop business by introducing high-end talents such as Hong Kong talent introduction plan, and to discover and support the entrepreneurial potential of high-talent groups coming to Hong Kong. As the co-promotion director, you will serve as the connector between the AI entrepreneurship platform and talents, and take the lead in the whole process of population connection, business introduction, resource coordination to full life cycle management, and promote the landing and scale-up of the project in Hong Kong.

Main responsibilities:

High-talent group connection and mining:

• Establish and operate a social network and resource pool for TTPS talent

• Analyze high talent background, skills and entrepreneurial potential, and screen key talents with interest in landing AI projects

• Hold high-talent exclusive activities, entrepreneurship-oriented salons, exchange meetings, etc.

• Assist in perfecting business plans, technical product positioning, and market promotion strategies

AI project full life cycle management:

• Responsible for the phased goal management, execution supervision, and effect evaluation of the entrepreneurial project

Qualifications:

• Familiar with Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area's science and technology policies, investment and financing ecosystem, and Talent Pass Program (TTPS)

• Outstanding talent identification, project management, and cross-border communication skills

• Fluent in Chinese and English, with good writing and presentation skills

• Have an international perspective and innovative thinking, and be passionate about entrepreneurship and technological change
