Job Responsibilities
1. Community & Hackathon Operations
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the existing developer community and hackathon events. Respond promptly to basic developer inquiries (e.g., event rules, technical onboarding, participation processes), provide patient answers to resolve questions, and enhance the developer experience. Compile a list of frequently asked questions and develop a standardized FAQ manual to improve operational efficiency.
2. Community Outreach and Contact Building
Conduct research and outreach to developer communities. Survey global developer communities (including open-source communities, tech forums, university tech clubs, etc.) and, based on HashKey Chain’s ecosystem positioning, identify communities with high collaboration potential. Gather basic community information, core audience profiles, activity levels, and identify key contacts (community leaders or primary liaisons) along with their effective contact details to build a collaboration resource database.
3. Early-Stage Project Screening and Engagement
Continuously monitor blockchain, Web3, and asset tokenization-related early-stage projects on designated platforms and developer forums. Extract core project information, technical direction, team background, proactively reach out to project teams, obtain valid contact methods, and build a pipeline of high-quality projects for hackathon recruitment and ecosystem partnership.
4. Hackathon Support
Assist the lead in pre-event preparation, mid-event execution, and post-event review tasks, including document organization, information sharing, and developer communications.
5. Additional Support
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the lead related to hackathon projects and developer ecosystem support.
Qualifications
1. Current undergraduate or graduate student. Majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Technology, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Candidates with basic knowledge of or strong interest in blockchain, Web3, and HashKey Chain business are highly preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patience. Ability to listen to developer needs and efficiently handle basic Q&A and outreach communications.
3. Strong information gathering, filtering, and organizing skills. Ability to quickly identify valuable community and project resources. Detail-oriented and meticulous.
4. Familiar with developer communities/platforms (e.g., GitHub, CSDN, Juejin, Discord, Telegram) and early-stage project platforms. Experience in community operations, event support, or business development is a plus.
5. Able to commit to a stable internship schedule. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution and teamwork skills, with the ability to proactively drive tasks to completion. Beijing-based candidates preferred.
6. Basic English reading and writing proficiency required.
