<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the deployment of machine learning models into high-performance business applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners to deliver AI models that meet business and performance goals.</p></li><li><p>Design and optimize ML inference pipelines for real-time data processing and actionable outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Create technical documentation, including reports and solution architectures.</p></li><li><p>Attend project meetings to provide updates on task progress and coordinate follow-up actions.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>5+ years in AI model deployment and performance tuning, particularly for text analytics.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in supervised ML algorithms, including BERT LLM and LightGBM Random Forest models.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch; experience with ONNX and Flask API development is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design robust solutions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p>Experience with web application development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, and Oracle databases is highly desirable.</p></li></ul>
