System Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for user requirement studies, system analysis and design, system enhancements, … etc.
* Manage the End-to-End Implementation of IT Systems: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT system implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Work closely with users, vendors, and service providers to facilitate solution planning, service delivery, and technical support.
* Participate in system development/deployment, testing, training, system cutover/rollout, documentation, maintenance, and support.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. A master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing IT services, with experience in project and vendor management.
* Proficient in:
* .NET, .NET Framework, JavaScript, PowerShell, Microservices, PowerApps, T-SQL, RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle Database)
* Cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, virtualization, and other cloud services
* Project implementation on different cloud models
* Agile software development methodology, Scrum , DevOps, API-based application integration; experience is advantageous
* Good at vendor management, change management, and relationship management.
* Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred.
* Proven track record of problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proactive, performance-driven, and results-oriented.
* Good spoken and written English and Cantonese.
