Work content

• Information technology supportWith network maintenance: Maintain various IT infrastructure, including hardware (servers, storage devices, network equipment), virtual platforms, Active Directory and email systems.

• Website and backend management: Lead the daily management, backend configuration, and assist in development of Zoho systems (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho One, etc.) or other systems (such as WordPress, Shopify, etc. CMS systems) to optimize company business processes.

• Terminal user daily support: Provide daily technical support and maintenance for application systems, computer equipment (Windows PC and Mac), network and communication devices.

• IT Management and Security:Design, review and execute IT integration projects, infrastructure upgrades and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage and coordinate external IT service providers (including applications, systems, data centers, telecommunications and software/hardware licensing).

• Cloud office system management:Responsible for managing corporate email and cloud collaboration platforms (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) accounts and permissions.

• Data backup and network security:Execute and monitor daily system and data backups (Data Backup & Disaster Recovery), and assist in managing antivirus software and basic network security measures.

Work requirements

• Education and experience: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related sciences; those with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.

• IT Skills: Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems and basic network settings; have website backend management and basic maintenance experience. Have knowledge and operation experience with Zoho system.

• Familiar with Windows/Mac environment, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technology (such as VMware/Hyper-V) and network settings (LAN/WAN, Firewall).

• Have good communication skills; sense of responsibility, good problem-solving ability, and effective coordination with internal employees and external suppliers.
