Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for MIS administration & security, Firewall, helpdesk, installations for Windows, MS Office, Anti-Virus and software applications supports

• Servers/ Application installation, Configuration, Maintenance.

• Network provisioning, monitoring and trouble shoot

• Provide planning and implementation of new technology and manage change and implement and communicate effectively

• Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure and protected and there is an approved and operational plan for disaster recovery and business continuity

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 0830 - 1730; Alternate Saturday 0830 - 1230

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science or other related subjects

• CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or equivalent

• Hands on experience on networking, Linux, Virtualization/Cloud, San Storage, Backup solution, Windows Server, web Server

• Hands on experience on document management and vendor management

• Knowledge of setting Windows Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, SAN storage, Exchange Server, Web Servers, Database Server, sFTP, AWS on Windows platforms

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in network & system administration

• Knowledge in .NET development, SQL Server and SharePoint server is a merit

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• A good team player, self-motivated and multitasking

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Fluent in Cantonese, Good at English and Mandarin

• Immediate joiners are preferred

• Candidates with more experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
