Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Partner with functional heads and business unit heads, responsible to assessing the manpower needs, formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives in meeting Business' needs.
Carry out recruitment and selection activities including updating headcount status and prepare reports for management review.
Plans and implement recruitment campaigns, sources and select effective recruitment channels and tools.
Handle ad hoc staff functions.
Requirements:-
Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
1-3 years of HR experience in sizable company
Excellent facilitation and presentation, interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
