Job Responsibilities
1) Governance and operations management
1. Assist customers in designing and optimizing a cross-border business structure based on Hong Kong as an overseas platform, covering holding structures, trade flows, capital flows, and tax efficiency, etc. key links, supporting customers to achieve compliant and efficient global operations
2. Responsible for the company's corporate governance and operational management, track the performance of the customer's cross-border business, regularly output operating analysis, risk warnings and industry trend judgments, and provide professional reference to the customer's decision-making layer
3. Timely identify and alert customers to potential risks in compliance, finance and operational management, ensure customers’ legitimate and compliant operations in Hong Kong, and maintain customers’ long-term interests
2) Collaboration and execution support
1. Closely collaborate with the senior management team within the customer to drive efficient execution of various governance and operational matters
2. Coordinate the company secretary team to handle Hong Kong company incorporation, changes, maintenance, annual audit, bank account opening, resolution document drafting, arranging board of directors and shareholders' meetings, etc.
5. Assist customers in applying for and maintaining various local business licenses/qualifications in Hong Kong
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of work experience
2. Hold CPA, law, company secretary, corporate finance, listed company secretary and other relevant professional qualifications
3. Familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance, listing rules, tax regulations and bank compliance requirements, and able to handle Hong Kong company's full set of governance and compliance affairs independently
4. Have strong financial analysis, business sensitivity and cross-border business planning abilities, be able to provide professional advice to customers from a strategic perspective, those who have independent entrepreneurial experience are preferred.
5. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to cooperate efficiently with internal and external parties
6. Strong self-motivation, able to deliver high-quality results in a relatively independent work environment
7. Proficient in Mandarin and English, with Cantonese ability preferred
8. Able to accept domestic and a small number of overseas business trips
