Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to students of various age groups and proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

• Develop and prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools tailored to student needs and learning objectives.

• Conduct classes in a professional manner, whether online or in-person, ensuring active student participation and a positive learning environment.

• Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain records of attendance, performance, and development.

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and other educators to enhance curriculum quality and implement best teaching practices.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required; ability to teach in English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.

• No specific educational qualifications are mandated, but a solid command of the English language and basic teaching knowledge are essential.

• Teaching experience is not mandatory, though prior experience in tutoring or education will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong permanent residents, holders of the High Talent Pass, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), IANG visa, dependent visa, or those who can obtain work authorization through employer sponsorship or other valid permits.

• Flexibility to work during core business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with working days and schedule subject to mutual agreement.
