Position name: HR Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan the company's annual large-scale employee activities, including potluck dinner, award ceremony, dragon boat race on the Dragon Boat Festival, basketball game, football game, etc., covering the whole process of preliminary planning, resource coordination, on-site execution and effectiveness evaluation.

• Comprehensive management of employee benefits plans, with a focus on handling medical insurance policies, claims, supplier communication, and policy optimization to ensure employee rights are implemented and satisfaction is improved.

• Lead and guide HR team members to carry out daily task allocation, progress tracking, performance feedback, and professional development support, and build an efficient and collaborative team culture.

• Collaborate with department heads to handle employee relations matters, support onboarding, transfer, resignation, etc. full process of personnel administration, and ensure that all operations comply with Hong Kong labor laws and internal policies.

Work requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business management or related fields are preferred; with 5 to 8 years of local Hong Kong HR practical experience, of which at least 2 years have team management experience.

• Familiar with Hong Kong employment regulations, MPF system, medical insurance operations and employee benefits market norms, and able to handle complex cases independently and propose compliant and feasible solutions.

• A fluent Cantonese is a must, able to communicate in English and Mandarin in writing and speaking, and able to write bilingual activity copy, internal announcements and report documents fluently.

Salary: HKD$35,000–$45,000 per month (depending on experience and ability), with 12 monthly bonuses; working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday; some activities may need to be carried out on Red Day or weekends, and will be arranged for compensation according to company policy.
