Looking to scale campaigns across Southeast Asia & India in a fast-growing Ad Tech startup?
If you’re data-driven, performance-focused, and love optimizing campaigns at scale — keep readingWhat You’ll Be Doing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Malaysia, Vietnam, and India
Manage multi-channel traffic: DSPs / Affiliate Networks / Social / Programmatic
Continuously improve performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROI, LTV)
Run A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and targeting strategies
Discover and scale new traffic sources and partnerships
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience in SEA and/or India markets
Familiar with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DSPs, or Affiliate channels
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently optimize campaigns
Nice to Have (Big Plus!)
Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gaming / other regulated verticals
Familiarity with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum, etc.)
Experience managing high-spend campaigns or traffic arbitrage
