• Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven R&D Technician (Tech Lead Track) to own the end-to-end technical delivery of new features development, product enhancements, and critical R&D initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts to accelerate multi-region product rollout, collaborate closely with our core engineering team, and drive the transition from a chaotic development environment to a structured, agile-powered workflow. This role blends technical execution with leadership, you will not only write high-impact code but also mentor junior engineers and shape the technical roadmap to support scalable, high-volume company growth.

• Key Responsibilities

➢Lead the full lifecycle development of controlled, high-priority modules (e.g., POS integrations, multi-region scaling solutions, core product features) from design to deployment and post-launch optimization.

➢Oversee full agile workflows (daily standups, sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives); mentor junior engineers and establish agile/Scrum best

practices; align with founders on backlog prioritization and mitigate scope creep from non-technical stakeholders.

➢Build and maintain mobile (React Native) and web (React) features; develop scalable APIs/backend logic (Golang/Node.js); partner with PM/QA to deliver production-ready, compliant code; research and pitch technical roadmaps and innovations.

➢Ensure R&D outputs meet fintech/POS industry compliance standards; maintain system reliability via rigorous testing, monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Requirements

➢5+ years software engineering experience, with 2+ years leading small teams/cross-functional projects.

➢Proven track record in SaaS scaling (high-traffic POS/fintech systems); multi-region deployment and MongoDB sharding experience preferred.

➢Expertise in Kubernetes (deployment strategies, resource management, cluster optimization).

➢Full-stack proficiency: Node.js, React (web) and React Native (mobile, required).

➢Backend development skills in Golang/Node.js (scalable APIs/distributed systems).

➢MongoDB (multi-region/sharding) data modeling experience for high-volume apps.

➢Strong agile/Scrum knowledge; Scrum certification (CSM/CSP) a plus.

➢Fluent in English (verbal/written) for cross-region and stakeholder communication.

➢Data-driven decision-maker, balancing speed and quality in fast-paced environments.

➢Proactive problem-solver with a focus on mentoring and building high-performing teams.
