Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall architecture design of mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and system stability.

• Continuously optimize existing architectures, resolving performance bottlenecks and complex technical challenges.

• Lead the mobile architecture team, define the technical roadmap, and establish clear development standards and best practices.

• Mentor and train team members, fostering technical growth and improving overall engineering capability.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Participate in requirement reviews and technical discussions, providing professional recommendations.

• Conduct research on emerging mobile technologies, introduce new frameworks and tools to enhance development efficiency and application performance, and perform feasibility studies and prototype development.Implement quality assurance measures, including code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing. Ensure system reliability and promptly resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of mobile development experience and 5 years of architecture design experience. Prior experience in large internet companies or well-known mobile app projects is preferred.

• Proficient in at least two of iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Java/Kotlin), or Flutter development. Familiar with popular cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.

• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and network communication. Experience with distributed systems or microservice architecture is a plus.
