Job Description

• Act as a technical consultant to provide professional advice to assigned corporate clients/ distributors

• Assist sales on project completion and follow up with client occasionally.

• Collaborate with product department to consolidate customer feedback

• Conduct product and technical training to assigned corporate clients/internal users.

• Responsible for tender preparation and submission

Solution-oriented

• Pre-sales consultative guidance of customer needs and provide professional advice to customers and agents, etc., do product introduction and assist in product selection.

• Responsible for conducting on-site debugging, implementation and acceptance work for projects according to project plans.

• According to project requirements, provide product training, pre-sales communication and promote product knowledge,

• Communicate with customers, track project status, promptly receive customer feedback, provide after-sales technical support, and regularly provide reports.

• Based on customer feedback, work with various departments and provide feedback, and improve products.

• Participate in bid evaluation, preparation and submission

  Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above major in IT/Computer Studies/ Engineering will be a plus

• At least 2 years of experience in ELV, CCTV, Network hardware, telecommunications, or IT related fields, act as pre-sales / solution consultant/ technical role.

• Fluent Cantonese and English, Mandarin is essential

• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred

• Bachelor's degree or above (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and other related fields)

• Having at least 2 years of work experience in low voltage, ICT, IoT, network hardware, electronic security, and security products, pre-sales or solution or technical related positions

• Having ICT solution project experience, responsible for independently completing the preparation of tender documents will be an advantage

• Mandarin and English reading and writing abilities are outstanding

• Applicants with video surveillance product projects or relevant work experience will be given priority
