Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support our sales team in delivering technical expertise and winning customer projects. This role bridges sales and technical solutions, helping clients understand how our IT products/services address their needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation during the sales cycle.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions to showcase solutions.
Assist in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and technical queries from prospects and clients.
Design high-level technical solutions tailored to customer business and IT needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' technical stakeholders to support sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in presales or a similar technical sales support role in the IT industry.
Strong technical knowledge of IT solutions (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, networking, software, or related areas).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
