13 Month Salary + Bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end customs clearance process for shipments, serving as the primary contact for Hong Kong Customs and other government authorities.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on customs regulations and clearance requirements.
• Coordinate with international DHL offices and customers to collect all necessary shipment documentation for timely and compliant clearance.
• Ensure all clearance activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airport operations, express services, freight forwarding, or a related logistics field.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, trade declarations, and permits is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Must be willing and available to work a 24-hour shift roster, including nights and weekends
