About the role

This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer / Technician role with Protectwell Intelligent Technology (Hong Kong) Limited based in Fotan, Shatin District. You will be responsible for providing technical support for our clients in the fire protection industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support in fire alarm system design and installation, programming and troubleshooting of fire alarm system equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining detailed records of all support activities and system performance data
• Collaborating with the sales and operation teams to support new installations and upgrades
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Diploma holder or above in Electrical or Electronic or Building Services or Fire Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support or maintenance role within the fire protection services industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Proficient both in the hand on use of mechanical and electrical tools and computer software like AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues who maybe Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
