Senior Associate (Windows Server Support) - Information Technology Department

Salary: Up to HKD 32,000 per month

Job Details:

Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:50 PM (minimal overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver first-line technical support for Windows hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Troubleshoot and support various systems and applications.

- Maintain Windows operating systems, VMware technology, and backup operations.

- Perform operational tasks and manage IT asset inventory records.

- Document standard support and operation procedures to build a knowledge base.

- Assist in IT project coordination and implementation.

- Provide system support and resolve issues after office hours when required.

- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of solid experience in Windows support.

- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware.

- Knowledge of storage and networking concepts.

- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented.

- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
