5. Manage IT teams, external suppliers, system development projects, and technical risks.

Requirements:

1. Have experience in financial technology, broker systems, trading systems, CRM, network security or data governance.

2. Familiar with IT risks, data protection, access control, and system stability requirements of financial institutions.

3. Have API, cloud services, DevOps, information security or system integration experience.

4. Understand Web3 wallets, on-chain data or RWA technical architecture is preferred.
