Job Description
International Edition - Football Application Platform -

Chief Technology Officer (Hong Kong) - Start up

• Required to work in shifts on Saturdays and Sundays if there are matches.

• Team management (two subordinates in Hong Kong).

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (necessary for communication with the team in China).

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, FinTech, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in sports event organization and operational management.

• Strong passion for football and basketball events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the overall planning of the company's football application platform, covering development strategy, business models, market operations, and product direction.

• Develop comprehensive market operation plans, including team building, user operations, content operations, event planning, and data management.

• Guide and supervise user operation plans, covering user acquisition, retention, conversion, and activation, continuously improving platform traffic and activity; establish and manage acquisition channels, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Oversee platform content operations, including copywriting and design, as well as the development and activation of new media and community platforms.

• Formulate marketing management systems and processes, plan long-term brand promotion and short-term promotional campaigns, and establish, train, evaluate, and manage the marketing team.

• Continuously track and analyze platform operation data, prepare analytical reports, and adjust strategies in real-time, proposing suggestions for optimizing business models; improve conversion rates and core metrics to ensure continuous growth in operational performance.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's product market strategies, expand and maintain market resource cooperation channels, and plan marketing activity strategies.

• Integrate official and industry resources, conduct market analysis, and provide relevant reports, proposing expansion ideas and specific plans; actively learn and introduce competitive strategies.

• Ensure all tasks are strictly executed in accordance with company regulations, processes, and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, FinTech, or a related field, 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in sports event organization and operational management.

• Ability to independently plan and execute sports event projects.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, sensitivity to market channels, and expertise in content and self-media operations; excellent communication, coordination, organizational training, and comprehensive analytical skills; highly proactive, adaptable to fast-paced work environments, with strong stress tolerance and execution capabilities.
