Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency within budget and timeline constraints

• Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems supporting diverse business units

• Establish and manage IT governance frameworks, policies, and disaster recovery plans to ensure compliance and business continuity

• Oversee cross-border IT projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

• Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks including cybersecurity, network security, and software asset management

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for cybersecurity and data protection across operating regions

• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes

• Mentor and develop IT team members, optimizing resource allocation and team performance

• Collaborate with senior management and facilities teams to deliver integrated technology solutions

• Regular travel to Mainland China offices required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience in sizable organizations

• Proven expertise in IT strategy, governance, cybersecurity, and project management

• Strong experience in cross-border team and vendor management between Hong Kong and Mainland China

• Demonstrated success in IT system deployment and operational support

• Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with C-level executives

• Ability to work under pressure with strong accountability and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
