Job Description
Responsibilities:General information technology support work. Responsible for router and switch, VoIP and related telecommunication products fault elimination and diagnosis; communicate with network suppliers, telecommunications operators and equipment suppliers; responsible for providing technical support to corporate customers. Daily responsibilities include service activation, configuration, monitoring, fault elimination, providing network consultation and data center operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree: diploma/certificate; 2 years of experience; good Cantonese; good Mandarin; good English; able to read and write Chinese; able to read and write English. Must hold a CCNA/CCVP certification, and those with a CCNP certification are preferred. Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, understand local area networks/wide area networks, firewalls, VPNs and wired networks, network monitoring, internal networks and external network servers. Have rich experience in SIP, H.323, etc. Familiar with TCP/IP, Web, DNS, mail servers and MRTG.
