Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for actively contacting existing and potential customers by phone, clearly and professionally introducing the company's latest promotional offers and activities, and increasing customers' awareness and interest in products and services.

• Based on customer needs and background information, provide targeted information and advice to help customers understand the advantages of the solution and guide them through the intention registration or referral to the relevant department.

• Continuously track customer feedback and questions, respond promptly and coordinate internal resources to solve problems, ensure smooth service processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Accurately record the content of each call, customer intent and follow-up actions, regularly update the customer database, and ensure that the data is true, complete and meets the company's compliance requirements.

• Applicants with a Hong Kong secondary school diploma or above, with 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service or business promotion are preferred.

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate basic business in English; have good expression skills, listening skills and emotional management skills, and be able to maintain a positive attitude and stable performance under pressure.

• Familiar with office software such as Microsoft Excel

• Have basic sales awareness and service-oriented thinking, attach importance to customer experience, be willing to proactive learning and acceptance of guidance, and assume personal performance responsibility.

• Competitive salary: monthly salary range HKD$15,000–$25,000, plus a high commission system, with no upper limit on income.
