Key Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to existing merchants for products upselling and account

• risk measurement;

• Cultivating leads by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges;

• Coaching customers on how to maximize the use of our services;

• Keeping up-to-date and self-equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively

• Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategies;

• Carrying out ad hoc assignments

Ideal Profile

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above

• 1-3 years experience in sales and service support

• Experience in card acquiring and banking industry will be an advantage but not a must

• Customer oriented, excellent team players with good servicing attitude and

• communication skills

• Positive, self-motivating mindset and attitude, detail oriented, committed and

• enthusiastic, capable to work under pressure and multitasking

• Has an inspiration to develop career path in the sales field

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage

• Hands on experience of Microsoft Windows software, such as Excel, is required
