Job Responsibilities

• Client Follow-Up: Reach out to clients to follow up on incoming enquiries and quotations.
• Lead Generation: Call potential clients who have registered on our platform, introducing our services and offerings.
• Service Recommendations: Provide suitable service options and quotations based on client needs and inquiries.
• Connecting with clients: Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
• Logistics/Freight Experience: Experience in logistics or freight is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively reach out to clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Availability: Office working hours, Mon to Fri, please specify the working hours you could committed
