[Job Responsibilities]
1. Content planning and positioning
Prototype and pattern development: Lead the narrative rhythm, visual style, and episode structure of long-form video content to ensure that the content is both culturally deep and internet-communicable.
2. Full production process control
Cross-regional shooting coordination: Responsible for the on-the-ground execution of overseas and multi-regional shooting, including the screening and management of local co-production teams, and the compliance handling of shooting permits.
Budget and progress management: Develop a multinational/cross-regional filming budget, strictly control the production cycle, and ensure timely project delivery.
Final control: Review the copy, picture, music, and color correction to ensure the professionalism and compliance of the content.
3. Resources and team building
Local resource library construction: Build and maintain the "talent pool" and "supplier pool" in the target filming area.
4. Promotion and distribution cooperation
[Job Qualifications]
1. Experience requirements
Industry background: More than 5 years of experience in producing documentaries, variety shows or drama series, with at least 3 years of experience in the producer/director position. Those who have produced well-known humanistic documentaries or cultural variety shows are preferred (please attach your work collection).
Area experience: Must have overseas or cross-border area (such as Southeast Asia, North America, Hong Kong and Macau) on-site shooting or remote production coordination experience. Familiar with the local production environment, process and cultural differences.
2. Professional skills
Content sensitivity: Proficient in "national learning" topics, able to express traditional culture in modern audio-visual language in an popular and youthful way.
Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent copywriting skills.
Risk management ability: Have a clear policy red line awareness and cross-cultural conflict avoidance ability.
3. Personal qualities
Strong adaptability: Able to accept frequent business trips and properly handle unexpected situations during overseas filming.
Cultural inclusivity: Respect and curiosity for diverse cultures.
