Floor Supervisor/Server (part-time)

• Use QR Code system to assist customers in ordering food, ensuring accurate and timely order delivery to the kitchen

• Responsible for daily operations on the floor, including delivery of food, collection of tables, replenishment of cutlery and condiments, and maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment

• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as cleaning tables, chairs, floors and service areas, in accordance with health standards

• Assist in packaging takeout orders, verify that the meal content is consistent with the customer's requirements, and improve pick-up efficiency

• Close cooperation with colleagues to support opening and closing operations, ensuring smooth business processes

Work requirements

• Be sincere and polite to others, smile, and have good service attitude and communication skills

• Value team collaboration, effectively cooperate with colleagues, and jointly improve service quality

• Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand simple work instructions and operate an electronic ordering system

• Preference will be given to those with a certificate as health supervisors, especially those who apply for the position of floor supervisor
