Job Descriptions:

• Lead the complete product, project, and program development process, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor project timelines, and perform cost analyses to optimize resource allocation.
• Define product specifications and establish testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate order follow-ups with factories and internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and deliveries are on schedule.
• Collaborate with vendors and factories to implement corrective measures and efficiently resolve production or quality issues.
• Oversee product sampling for laboratory testing, ensuring prompt execution and follow-up on results.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of textile materials, including catalogs, specifications, and sourcing details.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new vendors to support business growth and broaden sourcing options.
• Support business objectives through domestic and international travel as necessary.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in product development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in textiles.
• Extensive knowledge of fabric construction, garment production processes, and industry logistics.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
