Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for ticketing work;
2) Answer passengers’ inquiries about tickets;
3) Need shift work.
Position requirements
1) Secondary School Diploma Examination or above;
2) At least three years of customer service or ticket sales experience;
3) Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills;
4) Understand basic computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel
5) Familiar with Chinese and English input methods.
6) Salary negotiable (depending on experience)
