Job Responsibilities:
International Trade Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of enterprise international trade processes, propose optimization recommendations to improve trade efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Market and Regulatory Research: Track policy and regulatory developments in target markets to provide decision-making support for enterprises and ensure compliant operations.
Project Coordination and Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of cross-border projects and achieve project objectives.
Client Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing service support.
Specific tasks may involve:
Policy and Regulatory Research: Collect and organize information on the political and economic environment, foreign investment laws and regulations, tax policies, etc., of target countries or regions to provide decision-making support for the team.
Investment Plan Support: Assist in formulating detailed investment plans, including aspects such as land acquisition, plant construction, and equipment procurement, to maximize investment returns.
Supply Chain Optimization Assistance: Conduct in-depth research on the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, propose optimization suggestions and solutions to enhance business efficiency and profitability; sort out the logistics, capital flow, and document flow in clients' international trade to optimize capital movement and tax costs; provide customs compliance information for various countries to streamline clearance processes and reduce costs.
Financing Scheme Assistance: Based on enterprise needs, assist in designing and executing corporate financing, supply chain financing, and other schemes to broaden financing channels and reduce financing costs.
Project Overall Management: Assist senior consultants in coordinating internal and external entities, including law firms, accounting firms, and other intermediary agencies, to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
(- For candidates with relevant experience, may participate in: 1. Customization of Cross-border Trade Solutions: Customize and implement comprehensive cross-border financial, tax, legal, and investment financing solutions based on client needs to help enterprises overcome international barriers. 2. Assistance in Strategic Planning: Participate in formulating cross-border equity structures and assist in planning overseas business expansion paths, including market research, target country selection, etc.)
Position Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Finance, Law, or related fields. Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
Professional Skills: Solid foundational knowledge in at least two of the following areas: corporate consulting, financial management, tax planning, legal compliance, and investment/financing. Preference for candidates holding CPA, lawyer's practice license/legal professional qualification, CFA, or similar certifications.
Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills, capable of proficiently reading and understanding English documents and commercial contracts.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, adept at research and analysis, capable of handling projects with complex information and proposing solutions and recommendations.
Team Spirit: Excellent team collaboration skills, able to work closely with team members to accomplish tasks together.

Requirements:
Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business management, international trade, economics, finance, law or related professional background, those with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
Professional skills: At least two professional foundations in corporate consulting, financial management, tax planning, legal compliance and financing are required. Holders of CPA, lawyer's professional qualification/legal professional qualification, CFA, etc. are preferred.
